Support Policies

In case of eventual problems using the printer, the procedure should be follow:

  1. Check the instructions of the printer and relevant software.
  2. Contact the dealer where the printer was purchased.
  3. Contact the technical support attaching a photo of the problem and the relevant gcode.

The technicians will contact you shortly, they will evaluate if the problem is due to the malfunctioning of the printer or due to wrong setting of parameters.

A cost about the inspection estimate could be asked for out of warranty printer or not correctly used printer.

  • PLEASE NOTE In case the printer was collected without packaging, it cannot be shipped and necessarily it must be shipped in the same way as it was collected..
